WELCOME TO THE TABLE

8-ball. Good company.
One more game.

  1. Aim & shoot. Move to aim, drag backwards and release to shoot. Or use the power slider and Take the shot / Space. Click the spin ball above centre for follow, below for draw, or to either side for cushion spin. Arrow keys offer fine aim and power adjustment.
  2. Pick a side. The first legally pocketed object ball assigns solids (1–7) or stripes (9–15). Keep your turn when you legally pot your group.
  3. Play a legal shot. Hit your group first, or any non-black ball on an open table. After contact, a ball must hit a cushion or be pocketed.
  4. Fouls. Scratching the cue ball, missing every object ball, wrong first contact or no cushion/pot gives the other player ball in hand. Click a clear position to place the cue ball.
  5. Finish on the black. Once your group is cleared, pot the 8-ball legally to win. Potting it early or with a foul loses, including on the break.

Casual house rules: no called pockets, shot clock, push shots, jump shots or jump/massé shots. Spin is an arcade approximation, not the original Playforia simulation. No real money or prizes. Practice keeps the same player at the table. Changing modes starts a fresh rack.
